How does personal training work and how do I get started?
Getting started is very easy. On our homepage you will see various personal training packages in Tenerife. Just choose the one you like the most and click: a direct WhatsApp with the personal trainer opens automatically.
Everything is managed by WhatsApp because it is quick and convenient, and the trainer is usually busy during the sessions. The first step is to arrange a meeting at StarFit Adeje gym. There we'll do a little tour, you'll see the machines, the atmosphere and you'll be able to answer any questions. There is also a cafeteria, so if you want, we can have a chat over coffee.
If you are already confident and want to start strong, the first meeting can be your first personal training session.
Which personal training package is best for me?
It depends on your goals and experience, but here is a quick guide:
- Beast Fit (5 days/week): ideal if you are already used to training. It is an intense programme for people with a good base.
- Turbo Fit (4 days/week): perfect for seeing fast results without dying trying. It's the best option for most, even if you're just starting out.
- Power Fit and Chill Fit (2-3 days/week): work well, but if you want visible changes without controlling your diet too much, the more intense programmes will help you more.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone buttocks, gain muscle or get strong for 2026, you will usually Turbo Fit or Beast Fit are the best options. The trainer will adapt the training to your level, your progress and any discomfort or limitations you may have.
How does the 2026 special offer work?
To celebrate the launch of the website, we have a limited offer: if you choose PowerFit, TurboFit o BeastFit, your The first StarFit Adeje gym membership is free of charge.
After that first month, the gym membership is at your own expense. The offer ends on 10 January 2026 or earlier if all available places are filled.
Do I have to pay the gym membership?
Yes, the gym membership is not included in the personal training packages, except for the first month if you take advantage of the 2026 special offer.
The current prices of StarFit Adeje are approximately:
- 55 per month if you pay manually every month.
- 50 per month if you activate automatic renewal.

Are there showers, changing rooms and lockers in the gym?
Yes, the StarFit Adeje gym has spacious showers with hot water, separate changing rooms, toilets and bathrooms. free lockers to leave your things.
Lockers do not have a key included, so if you want to lock it, bring a small padlock and that's it.
Does the trainer help me with nutrition and supplements?
Yes. In addition to the training, you will have basic guidance on nutrition, calories, macros and proteins. The idea is to adapt your food to your body and your goals without going on impossible diets.
We do not recommend weird megadoses or dangerous things. The whole approach is natural, safe and sustainable, so that you can maintain the results in the long term.
Do you use steroids or “special” supplements?

We also don't train people looking to compete in bodybuilding using substances. If you want natural and healthy results, this is the place for you.
What happens if I am sick and miss a session?
Each package includes a number of sessions per month. If you are unable to come on a particular day due to illness, work or travel, the session can normally be move to another day within the same month.
For clients who train 5 days a week, in some cases it may be possible to make up some weekend sessions.
If you cancel with less than 6 hours in advance, even if you are sick, the 50% of the session. This amount is added to the following month's calculation.
What happens if I am late for my training?
If you arrive late, the session usually ends at the scheduled time anyway, because there are usually other clients afterwards. Therefore, your training will be shorter than usual.
We recommend arriving about 15 minutes before to warm up and avoid rushing. No refunds or discounts for late arrivals.
In which languages can I train?
The personal trainer can deliver the sessions in:
- English
- English
- Romanian
- French (high level)
- Hungarian (high level)
If you speak any of these languages, you will be able to train without any problem.
Am I insured if something happens to me during training?
The personal trainer does not offer her own insurance, because it is not necessary. If something should happen to a machine or the gym facilities, the responsibility lies with the trainer. gym insurance or your personal insurance.

What happens if the trainer is ill?

- Option 1 - Occasional friend: you have your package and, when a friend wants to join you for a single session, a supplement of 15€ which is paid on the spot.
- Option 2 - Fixed shared package: the price of the package of your choice + 50% extra to include the second person.
Two people training together works very well: while one rests, the other does the exercise. With three people it is still possible, but less efficient. More than three is no longer offered in this format.
Does the diet include a shopping list and monitoring?
Yes, we first check your current weight, measurements and habits. Then we create a simple and realistic eating plan, without extreme diets or strict shopping lists.
The trainer will not give you an exact list of products to buy, but she will explain to you what kind of food to look for, What to avoid and how to tailor your meals to your goals.
In addition, during the breaks in your sessions you can teach photos of what you eat, We're always happy to hear from you, screenshots of your products or any questions you may have. The more information you share, the better we can understand your energy levels, your progress and what really works for you.
We adjust the plan month by month according to your evolution, always thinking of something that you can maintain over time.
What do I need to start training?
You don't need anything complicated. All you need is:
- Trainers (if they are flat-soled, the better).
- Comfortable clothes in which you can move well.
- A bottle of water.
The gym already has modern machines and a good atmosphere. There is no obligation to wear belts, gloves or special accessories, unless you want to.
Do I have to take “before and after” photos in my underwear?
No, it is not compulsory. If you feel like keeping a visual record of your change, we can take “before and after” photos, but it's always a good idea to keep a record of your change. 100% optional.
If you don't want to pose in your underwear, they can be done perfectly well in your normal sports clothes. The important thing is that you feel comfortable and see your progress.
What are the opening hours of the StarFit Adeje gym?

Do you train during holidays and public holidays?
Yes, training takes place all year round, even during holidays, except for very specific days such as Christmas y New Year, where some sessions may be moved to another day.
If you are travelling or on holiday, the schedule can be adjusted as much as possible so that you don't lose your training rhythm.

Can I train even if I am a beginner and have never been to the gym?
Yes, many clients start from scratch, with no previous gym experience.
The personal training plan in Adeje is totally adapted to your level: we start with simple and safe exercises, perfect as personal training for beginners in Tenerife. Little by little we increase the intensity depending on how you feel, always taking care of the technique and avoiding injuries.

How many sessions do I need to see results?

If you want to train several times during your holidays, we have a special option: instead of €650 for 10 sessions, the price of the voucher for 10 training sessions in a hotel is 595 in total.
This service is only available in the southern part of the island: Costa Adeje, Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. If you are not sure whether your hotel falls into this area, you can easily check the map of Tenerife and see if your accommodation is in the southern part.
Can I hire a personal trainer at home in my villa or house in Tenerife South?
Yes, if you have a home gym, a private villa or a flat with space to train, you can hire a personal trainer at home in Tenerife South.
Georgia comes to your home or villa in the south (Costa Adeje, Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos) to do 1 to 1 personal training in your own space, without the need to go to the gym.
The rates for personal training at home are as follows:
- Single session at home: 65€ per session.
- Chill Fit at home: 490 per month (8 sessions per month).
- Power Fit at home: 660 per month (12 sessions per month).

These prices are higher than gym prices because they include travel, transport time and logistics.
